IH 35 NB Deceased: Uriel Veloz, Hispanic male, July 1, 1997 Driver: Unidentified, 2013-2015 Nissan Pathfinder The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified Uriel Veloz as the deceased in this crash. On December 23, 2021, at about 10:42 p.m., APD responded to an auto/pedestrian crash in the 13500 block of N. IH 35. The driver of the vehicle left the scene heading northbound on IH 35. It is believed the vehicle that left the scene is a 2013-2015 Nissan Pathfinder which would have significant damage to the front and undercarriage of the vehicle including the radiator.
