Cat Lost

Cat Missing since Monday, 12/27/2021. Missing Cat. Boarded my cats at Bundocks Kennel at 2405 Coffee Ln., off of Occidental Road. Owner was transferring cats from kennel to carrier when both bolted out the door before I arrived. I found one cat but the other is still missing. He answers to Buddy. He's good sized, white/ginger, skitterish, smart, with thick mane and coat for winter, good winter weight, strong, healthy. Appx. 6-8 years old. Right ear torn, some scratches across his nose. I keep thinking he's hiding in the vacinity. Area is treed with heavy berry bramble. I welcome any ideas you might have as to how to find him. I should add, I left a blanket with my cat's scent and mine at the kennel when I dropped them off, it's still there; food is being put out. Thanks in advance. UPDATE 12/30/2021: Keep visiting kennel no sign of him. I think he's left the area, praying he's heading home. He's a good hunter, independent with common sense, good climber but he's in unfamiliar territory. Rain doesn't help. Would have to cross 116 to get home. Any suggestions or sightings would be greatly appreciated.
