PITTSBURGH, PA — Three people are dead following an early-morning shooting in Pittsburgh's Homewood South neighborhood, police said on Friday. Authorities were called to the 7500 block of Hamilton Avenue around 4 a.m. for a report of shots fired. According to police, when officers arrived, they found a woman with a gunshot wound to the head. Two additional victims were found after a SWAT team searched the house. The victims included two women and one man, police said. Their ages were not released. Medics pronounced all three dead at the scene, police said. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
