TITLE: Full (Part) Time Product Assembly, M-F (8-4:30) No Weekends! We are currently recruiting a full & part-time, Production Associate to join our team in Silverdale, WA. ************************************ Full Time: 5 days a week (40hrs) Hours: Currently hiring for 8hr shifts, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (M-F) NO WEEKENDS. Job details: Production Associate - Assembling a variety of essential consumer products, hardware packs, labeling and packaging individual products and packing and shipping master cartons. Must be reliable and hardworking with the ability to do fine manipulation and repetitious motions for up to 8 hour shifts. Will require heavy lifting (up to 50-pound boxes), standing for long periods of time in one place, repetitive movements, bending and stooping. Dress code: Comfortable/Casual with attention to safety around a warehouse, must wear closed toe shoes, jeans, shorts are okay during summer. Pay & Benefits: Starts at $17.00/hour paid every Friday via direct deposit. Pay would increase with experience and skill set. currently no Medical or Dental but we include 401K with match. 1 week paid vacation after 6 months. Qualifications: Three week paid trial period required, must be 18 years or older. A good attitude and a strong, proven attendance record - Tardiness or being late will not be tolerated. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel and stand on feet throughout your entire shift, Good manual dexterity with small parts. Fast learner, you can be told once and remember detailed instructions. Strong communication skills someone that will ask questions if needed - looking for work to be done right, not necessarily fast in the beginning. The ability to successfully follow the rules, policies, and safety procedures at all times Please note if you have any of the following experience; Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Computer proficiency, proficient with excel, word, website interfaces and how to navigate eCommerce portals. Proficient with understanding of business and accounting programs (Excel, QBO). Experience with Amazon, Walmart portals: (seller central) Experience or knowledge of electrical power, products, wiring etc Safely operate a motorized, sit down forklift (Forklift Certification)
