Indiana State Police and a SWAT team were on scene at a house in North Manchester, Indiana, Fort Wayne's NBC reported. Indiana State Police said they were assisting the Illinois State Police in an investigation, reports said.
As of Friday afternoon, Harris had not been apprehended. A warrant has been issued for her arrest, police said.
On Wednesday, Bradley police said officers responded to the Comfort Inn, located on the 1500 block of North State Highway 50, for a report of dogs barking in an unattended vehicle.
