I am looking for someone with experience in landscaping and lawn care to come out to my property once a week for four hours continuously on a weekly basis, preferably on Saturday or Sunday mornings. I have plenty of work to be done and this would involve groundwork probably no ladders etc. I do have limbs and some small trees that need to be taken out so chainsaw knowledge is important. I do have all the necessary equipment including weedeaters, mowers, pole saws, chainsaws, and other miscellaneous tools. It is about a 1 acre lot that I am planning on doing some zero scraping to eventually as well as building a couple of outbuildings. We can get into that later. I would be willing to pay up to $25 an hour CASH for the right person. My property is located right off Woodmen and I 25.
