“We Are Lakedub Music” We are an established, Touring, LongBeach based Reggae band known as Lakedub. We are currently looking for a talented Lead Guitarist and/or a Keysie to join our Band/family. Our band has a reputation for bringing the energy at our shows so Our vision is to add someone who can shred tastefully and shine when given the spotlight. Have Great Stage Presence. And over all have a Good Vibe. Must know how to stay in the pocket as well and not over do it. We love to keep that Reggae Pocket Heavy so we can let our front man work the crowd💥 . Guitar Candidate will Focus on Leads, but Must hold down rhythm section at times. Ability to sing harmonies is a Plus! Ideally we’d love for our guitarist candidate to the play guitar leads and solos just like recorded versions of our songs, but we are open to hearing any interpretations so we can hear your own style🤙🏽. *NO HIRED GUNS* This is more then just a quick gig or a jam band to us, this is A Family and a Movement. we all kick it regularly and are passionate about playing music and growing as a band. so please only respond if you’re down with those terms and are willing to play for the pure love of music. Our sound and style is unique and incorporates musical aspects from hip hop, blues, metal, yet all revolving around the core structures of REGGAE ROOTS We've shared the stage with bands such as Marlon Asher, Mike Love, Jordan T, Tomorrow’s Bad Seeds, Arise Roots, LongBeachDubAllStars, Fortunate Youth, etc. Some of our musical influences are Sublime, Buju Banton, Tribal Seeds, Gregory Issacs, Midnite, Rancid, Toko Tasi, The list goes on! We are looking for Someone around Age 21-35.
