ISO piano practice room

Hey guys! I’m looking for a piano practice room with the piano or epiano in good condition already in the room. Not too far of a drive from Hollywood, but not in the valley. We need a space where there’s not gonna be super loud noise all around, perhaps a place built for acoustic music? If anybody knows of anything even sort of like this, we’d love to know about it so we can investigate it and see if it would fit our needs. If anybody has any input, please let me know OK?
