German shepherd wandering 81st & Hwy75

While driving through the intersection of 81st and Hwy 75 (Tulsa Hills), a male german shepherd was wandering. He came to me and sniffed my hand but then backed off. He didn't have a collar and I would have put him in my car if he willingly jumped in but he didn't. I wanted to make this post incase owner came across it. I hope someone can get him....it's dark, raining, and close to the highway!
