Missing dog Collie breed

I stopped at a rest stop, location is (I-29 S Dearborn, MO 64439 United States) I saw a beautiful collie dog running around with no collar. I wish I could have takin it to the shelter but I have my other dogs with me on a long road trip back home. Just wanted to get the info out there in case anyone was looking for their dog.
