Found small dog - Eastside Community Park

Description

I found this small dog in the Eastside Neighborhood Park - he has a collar but no name tag, seems to be someone's pet (very friendly though understandably skittish), and seems to be injured (limping and a scrape on his back). I took him to VCA to get scanned for a chip (no chip) and health check. Please contact me if have any info to help find his people.
