Looking for General Contractor

Jobs

Kuebler Rd near Kuebler Rd, Salem OR

Description

Please read closely and only contact me if you are licensed and have a team. We are looking for early-rising professionals who use contracts and have skilled people to knock this out! Once you start you will be here each day until complete at least Monday - Friday excluding holidays. My wife and I have a shop we are finishing. We are located in South Salem. Here is where we are at: (see pictures) 99% of the drywall is up with the first coat of mud and sanding done. There is window wraps left to do (5 windows and 3 doors) and some fix-its on the drywall where the guys we had working on it didn't finish. The hangers were great and the first coat of mud was done well but the team was from PDX and had personal issues that prevented them from finishing it. Besides 3 small areas that need to have the board put in and some backers, what is up already will need a light second coat of mud in a few areas and then some minor fix-its in other areas as well as where the drywall boards are missing because we had to remove them. Mud solves many goofs and so this is not a flat wall or a contest to have the prettiest drywall but it should be done reasonably well. It'll have a medium knockdown though which is pretty forgiving. There are multiple jobs here and so I will list them all in this ad. I prefer one company with a crew who are professionals as I can't handle any nonsense. You'd tarp before, you'd clean up after yourself. We have discovered that with the economy how it is Craigslist locally isn't the resource it once was. Therefore let me be super clear: You'd be licensed and have a crew and you'd show up early 8 or 9 am and you'd just get the job done and of course have the tools. You'd run and get anything you need without complaining (lowes or home depot is a 10-minute drive). You'd be be honest and exercise respect of our home. Most of the materials are here but clearly with construction projects a homeowner is not going to always have everything. Here are all the jobs left: Job #1. Finish Drywall and apply a medium knockdown texture. Get 100% paint-ready Job #2: Build Out Shower Pan (4x6) w/ Drain, Seat, Curb, and Tile Job #3 Prime all of interior Then do ceiling white and walls a separate color Job #4 Install a prebuilt countertop with prebuilt home depot cabinets (base, 2 uppers and 2 lowers) which I have here Job #5 Install 880 Sq Ft of LVP pop and lock flooring. I am negotiable on these prices but these are around the costs I am looking for on each of these phases. 1. Drywall $2500 2. Shower Pan/Tile $3000 3. Paint $1500 4. Install Cabinets and Countertops $1500 5. LVP Install (its pre-backed) 1500 As you can see were talking about $10,000 worth of work. A crew of 2 or 3 could blow through this in a week. (Please note there is 3-4 hours of prep scraping mud off floors because the goofballs forgot to before) Also, keep in mind these are all labor numbers. We ALREADY have the materials and any we do not we will buy and you will move as necc. Of course, there (like all projects) are some little headaches but I want to find pro problem solvers who are motivated to work with skills who can knock this out immediately. There is some good money to be made here. Contact Ron 971-719-3127 Texts are fine to share more about you and then I will call you to discuss. You need a crew, a license, and a positive mental attitude. There is another shop here on our property the crew can take a leak behind but if they need a toilet there is a grocery store 6 minutes down the road. You'd need heaters and scaffolding clearly as well as part of your tools.
