Then HCA Real Estate Services is the place for you! *COMPENSATION: Starting at $24.00 – $26.00 per hour* (Based on Experience) Our company owns over 3000 units, and we are seeking highly motivated candidates for a Full-Time Painter/ Maintenance Technician to play a key role within our company. We hire for character and train for skill! Candidates must be team players with a positive attitude and eager to work efficiently in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for prepping and painting larger interior and exterior areas on residential buildings and working with a variety of surfaces and materials. • General labor, such as carrying, stacking, organizing materials used in and around the job site. • Debris and trash removal. • Basic carpentry work. • Maintaining and/or replacing door hardware. • Touch up painting in building common areas. • Touch up painting in tenant spaces when authorized by property management. • General cleaning of exterior spaces using high pressure sprayer, and other types of cleaning devices or equipment. • Miscellaneous handyman work requiring the limited use of hand tools. • Cleaning roof drains, air vents, registers. • Replacing lamps and cleaning light fixtures. • Replacing air filters. • Drywall • Exceptional Safety Skills • Always Provide professional customer service • Eye for Detail • Reliable Transportation HCA Real Estate Services offers competitive pay (Starting at $24.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience), plus a comprehensive benefits package, which includes 401K, vacation, sick leave, medical, dental and vision insurance.
