Just like to keep busy with a good project long or short term live in. $20.00 hourly cleaning, house, pet sitting and or 25% commission sales. I have good local references and love to work! Experience with cleaning and sales. Love reorganizing, redecorating, interior and exterior design, estate sales, hoarding issues, garden, 420/mmj grow experienced, yard work, pet care and training. Won a Phoenix Realtor top sales award too. I sell just about anything legal that comes my way and it does! No problem working hard and getting dirty. Then get cleaned up for a dinner party. 59 no children and a trained Shiba Inu dog. I am open to wherever new opportunity comes up. We should talk asap if you need a good helper.
