Your "facts" are fake. Medical professionals count confirmed positive test results as "new covid cases". Two consecutive positive tests gets tallied as a "new covid case".
This has nothing to do with Republicans or Democrats. Politicians have no say or influence in the matter. These reports come directly from the medical community.
It would benefit the democrats if new cases were low. Why would democrats want to inflate the case numbers? you should think twice before reporting fake news.
