Property Management Company seeking HVAC contractor to work with. We typically have 12-25 replacement/installations per year among the 130+ units we oversee directly and 150+ of rental units we organize professional services to. We pay $900-$1100 labor per standard install, discretionary/exceptions on properties requiring additional equipment or personnel. We typically pay for the parts directly to the supply shop. Cap calls, misc HVAC service work are routine year-round, we ballpark a rate table for common tasks. For AC guys open to doing minor electrical and plumbing service calls, we prefer to send service work to same contractor. Requirements: -Active state licensing, Journeyman+ -Active insurance for work -Decent availability to get to most calls or at least check it withing 24-48 hrs -Have proper vehicle and tools to complete the work. Geographically we cover from Laurel PG Co, to Balt Co, City, to Harford Co. If interested can email resume/description of experience, confirmation of meeting requirements.
