We are seeking individuals to work with other crew members and install energy saving materials in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. We are looking for excited individuals like you, to join our motivated rock star team. Individuals like you, who are up for the challenge to get the job done right the first time. What to Expect: We perform a number of energy saving measures such as: Installation of blown fiberglass & cellulose, windows and doors, weather stripping, caulking and batting insulation. We also provide water heater & solar water systems, water heater insulation jacket, water heater pipe insulation and incidental repairs. -Office/Warehouse Located in Allentown -On The Job Training will take place ASAP Compensation: - Extremely competitive compensationw/ travel pay ( To And From The Job Site ) - Overtime Pay(Almost Every Check) - Opportunity to work with an established and well known company - Limitless growth potential ( We Mean It! ) - Year round employment - Retirement plan with matching - Aflac benefits -Salary:($15.00-$20.00) Required: -Valid Drivers license -Must have reliable transportation - 1 years of BASIC insulation or BASIC carpentry experience. -Must be self motivated and dedicated -Must be willing to work as part of a team -Must be highly flexible (7am- Till about 5pm) Mon-Fri -Must have a clean record -English is a plus, but not needed -Must remain professional at all times -Basic customer service skills Duties: -Must be able to withstand heights -Must be able to get into small and tight places - Must have BASIC carpentry skills -Must have your own basic tools Required experience: 1 years of BASIC insulation or BASIC carpentry experience. Required license or certification: Driver's License
