We specialize in building high-end outdoor structures including decks, patio covers, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens. We work in the surrounding Denver cities ranging from Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Littleton to Arvada, Boulder, and Thornton. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified carpenter with minimum five years experience in rough and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will be able to manage job sites with employees and trade contractors. The lead carpenter must successfully manage each job given to them to full completion. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze schematics and blueprints Monitor field carpenters and subcontractors on performing construction duties Communicate with homeowners and inspectors Complete projects within the agreed time frame Maintain a high level of quality, safety, and professional communication Operate a variety of hand and power tools Load and unload construction supplies and materials by hand Travel to various job sites surrounding the Denver metro area as needed Willingness to develop your skills and learn the newest construction techniques in a fast-paced environment Job Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Five or more years of construction experience required Ability to travel to multiple locations Ability to lift heavy materials Excellent stamina to keep up with the fast work pace daily Reliable to arrive on-time daily Excellent and professional communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $35.00 per hour
