We are seeking reliable individuals looking to build up their skill sets and experience by working for various small business owners in a community. Our staff can expect a variety of work, experience working with entrepreneurs, flexibility with the hours they work, and valuable feedback on their progress. Each staff member will be paired with 2-4 businesses. We will offer flexible hours depending on workers’ needs (25-40 per week) and competitive hourly pay. Typical work activities may include: - Staffing the business (welcoming and supporting customers) - Stocking and organizing - Supporting marketing initiatives, and more! We are looking for individuals with strong customer service and organizational skills.
