Need RV parking spot asap

I'm an older person on a fixed income seeking a place to park and live in my RV. I would pay $400 MONTHLY and this would INCLUDE the electric and water. Can be a private driveway, business or commercial parking lot, etc. (Can't be street parking). Must include full 24/7 use of one outdoor electrical outlet and one water garden hose spigot. I am quiet and drug/drink/pet/smoke free. I keep to myself. I am also a good extra set of eyes for security on your property. Area needs to be a minimum of 40 x 20 feet (prefer larger so that my car would be off the street, and prefer paved or gravel. I have a 30 foot motorhome rv, a vehicle and a trailer/tow dolly. Must be in or around St Pete/Clearwater or Tampa. No rural areas. This would be preferable for long term but will consider shorter/trial period, and an easy extra $400 a month for you.
