Re-homing Chi/Pom X

I am helping a friend rehome her dog Chico. He is a 3 year old Chihuahua/Pom mix. He is in a home with kids & does great as long as they won’t touch/tug around his mouth or face. She wishes things were different but this is what it has come to. I am taking care of him for the time being but she is asking a re-homing fee of $200 or obo. No lower than $100. I do not want to do any negotiations, that is what she has asked for. He will come with his crate, some toys, collar, leash & little bit of food, 2 months of heart-worm prevention & he is UTD on shots. He does fine around other dogs, not the most playful & doesn’t want them up in his face but he doesn’t mind being around them.
