This course is a 2hour course/consultation designed to teach you how to make money as a landlord. We will cover how to find rental properties that cash flow, finding and keeping good tenants, getting financing for rental properties, why rental properties are a great monthly income stream, where do I begin, and more. Course is presented by Maryann Schneider, Realtor and Property Manager at Century 21 Fairways. Maryann has personally owned rental properties, and has been working as rental agent/property manager for 14 years and worked with hundred of tenants and landlords, etc. $49 for the course. May choose to do the course at your own pace, or have a 2 hour consulting time.
