Center City high-rise condominium is seeking a service-oriented janitor/housekeeper for a part-time position, Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 4 PM. QUALIFICATIONS - A positive, courteous, and friendly demeanor. - Ability to accept direction, work with others, and work independently. - Good judgment and composure in high-pressure situations. - Familiarity with cleaning products and methods. - Ability to lift and lower heavy objects up to 35 pounds. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Collect trash and recycling from each floor's trash room. - Bring trash and recycling out to the dumpster. - Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop marble floors. - Dust and clean hallway lights, doors, and trim. - Clean elevator interior. - Change light bulbs as needed. - Assist residents with packages as needed. Prior janitor or housekeeping experience in a residential building is preferred but not required. Please submit your resume.
