We are currently hiring a FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (We require 1 year of maintenance experience). Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule. Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis; Plumbing (including sewer lines), Painting, A/C and heating systems, Appliances, Water irrigation systems, Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners and Interior/exterior lights.
