Hi, I am a guitar player and I am looking to join up with other musicians who want to jam and write cool music together. My influences range all over the map. From ABBA to QOTSA. So I'm not interested in doing something that sounds like a specific previously done style or band. Just being free to be creative... But I do love strong melodies and great riffs and interesting chord progressions. I think a song like QOTSA's 3's & 7's is a good example of many of the elements that make up a great song. But I like all kinds of music, as long as the song structures and melodies are solid. I write riffs and rhythm progressions all day long and want to join up with others that can contribute their parts and bring things together. I know that Craigslist is a vast wasteland... but what the hey! Worth a shot, right? If interested, hmu... Would love to talk all things music and see if there's a connection.
