Description
Our Farm, will be hiring 1-2 interns this year. The Farm is an estate and horse breeding facility. Interns will be required to maintain themselves in a professional manner. This is an ideal internship for horticulture students that also have a strong interest in farming. Some wildlife habitat work will also be included as well.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Invasive species control
Maintaining planted trees
Maintaining fence lines
Assisting with maintaining the grounds
Operating small equipment
Operating large equipment
Wildlife habitat work will include:
Assisting with planting food plots
Collecting soil samples
Running trail cameras
Treestand and blind maintenance
Housing is not available so local candidates will be preferred. This is a paid internship and interns will be paid weekly. Salary will be based on experience. For more information on this internship please contact Lewis.
