Enjoy gentle Restorative Yoga infused with Meditation which will be led by Miriam Amselem who has over 25 years of Yoga and Meditation experience. You will practice in the most beautiful setting by the ocean cultivating clarity, balance and harmony. This event is open to anyone who would like to release, rebalance and restore! Take part in a delightful experience that fully embraces the spirit of the mind, body and spirit connections. Where: We meet on the beach in front of the Hollywood Beach Marriott 2501 North Ocean Drive on Carolina Street. Park your car in the Hollywood Beach Marriott's self parking - $6 for two hours. Time: We start PROMPTLY at 5:00 PM. What to bring: Bring a yoga mat or towel, water and an attitude of gratitude.
