Pepper tree root removal - mini excavator job

Looking for root removal for one large pepper tree root system. Tree stump measures 2 feet diameter with main root bundle 4 feet approximately. Two smaller offshoot roots (perhaps these are small offshoot trees need removal - see pic). Root is already 50% dug up just need excavator to finish job. I am only looking for root removal, preferably by mini excavator, not a root grind. Also not looking for a chemical method as I’d like to plant fruit trees at removal spot.
