Responsible for the overall upkeep of the residential apartment communities. Job description Michigan Asset Group is a rapidly growing Property Management Company. We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and be available for on-call purposes. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Turn apartments Drywall & Painting Complete work orders Preventative maintenance HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests Plowing and grounds Required Experience: Excellent customer service Hard worker Accept on-call responsibilities Facilities maintenance experience is a plus Must be able to pass a background check Valid Driver's License Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
