Yoga pose, breathing, and mindfulness practices will be done throughout the hike. Guide: Laura Tecca Level/Ages: This hike yogAdventure is open to ages 12+ (youth must have guardian participation). All participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain for up to 2.5 miles. Safety practices: Masks optional. Social distancing required. In the event of thunder and lightning, a cancellation may occur up to a hour prior or delay for maximum of one hour.
