*****************************NEED 15 PEOPLE*************************** Pay Rate: $10.00 Full Time Monday through Sunday 40 hours a week plus UNLIMITED OVERTIME Cold Storage (40 degrees) 2 Shifts 5pm to 5am 5am to 5pm HARLINGEN Benefits Offered Referral Bonus Duties and Responsibilities Approve incoming produce by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable produce Communicating the required adjustments to the production to supervisor Approve all processed produce by confirming specifications and conducting required tests (if necessary) Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures Requirements and Qualifications Good communication skills Good leadership skills Understanding of produce methods and procedures Bilingual preferred but not required Able to read and write English Please call our office at 956-440-7250
