Dogs nails need to be trimmed

I have a dog that is afraid of the car im looking for someone who can come to my home and cut his nails and grind them for me. He can be agressive to some people but once he gets to no you he fine he his a australin mix 50lbs willing to pay cash and hold him while you do it. I hate to put him threw the car ride to the vet just to get his nails done because he throws up in the car.
