Band of 40-somethings looking for a dependable bassist to round out our 4-piece band. We are based primarily in Brookfield, which is near Danbury if you aren't familiar with the neighborhood. Usually practice Monday nights with a goal to play the occasional show for fun. I would say the style of the music we are playing can be anywhere in the realm of shoegaze and stoner rock, but we also play some medium-paced heavier alt-rock stuff as well. We have several decent originals, but are also inspired by bands such as: Dinosaur Jr, Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, Misfits, Stooges, Quicksand, Nirvana, Joy Division, Zeppelin, Fu Manchu, Nothing, Chvrches, Mastodon, the Sword, The Cure, Pixies, the Smiths, the Police, Dag Nasty, Replacements, Hum, Swervedriver, Sabbath, Joy Formidable, Wipers, Smashing Pumpkins, Danzig, Black Flag No crazy druggies/drama and please be vaxxed.
