Join Ben and Kendyl as they guide you through a 2 1/2 hour journey from the mind to the heart through sound healing, a guided meditation and yin yoga postures. The hour Yin flow (all levels welcome) will effortlessly merge into a guided meditation followed by a hour long sound journey using crystal bowls & multiple native & indigenous instruments. Come to your mat to be fully present and let it all go. The stress, the worry, the racing thoughts… let it all go. Give yourself permission to clean the slate & experience pure bliss through movement and sound.
