Join us for a Brisket Class with Chris Marks from Three Little Pigs! Have you always dreamed of being able to smoke a brisket with that wonderful bark and smoke ring that you've seen on the internet? This class is for you! Every class attendee will receive the following: a brisket, a 6" boning knife, a brisket rub, and instructions on how to take those 3 items and make a bad ass brisket. Come out and learn how to trim and prep the perfect brisket, enjoy some brisket we made just for you, and take home your trimmed brisket to smoke or bake at home just in time for the Big Game!
