Pancake Breakfast & Raffle 2022 Breakfast is hosted by The Oswego Police Explorers Post & The Kiwanis of Oswego. Tickets are $7.00 in advance and $8.00 at the door for the breakfast. We are also hosting a raffle with a $1000.00 grand prize. Raffle tickets are $20 and include the admission into the breakfast as well. Please enter through door #11. Breakfast is Saturday, February 12th from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Proceeds benefit the Oswego Police explorer Post and Kiwanis of Oswego. Raffle will be held at the breakfast. Winners need not be present to win.
