89 year old Dad needs fur baby

My mom passed away 2 years ago and my dads dog died last year. He is finally ready for another fur baby so he doesn't have to be alone so much. I have been sharing my puppy with my Dad, she goes down to his house several times a day and gets goodies every time and gives hugs and kisses in return. But he decided he needs a full time baby. My dad is 89 with a good head on his shoulders and will spoil his new baby like you would not believe, the pup will never want for anything. A young dog around 15 -20 lbs that can jump up on the bed and get in the car on it's own, short hair, potty trained is important, needs to get along with other dogs (I live next door and have a dog), sex doesn't matter, a cuddler would be great.
