Monthly apartment renovations/walk throughs (includes painting, electrical, flooring, installations such as kitchen and bathroom appliances)
Ground maintenance such as shoveling and blowing snow, raking leaves, etc
Willing to work with tenants on apartment issues
Occasional long/late hours
Possible seasonal travel(usually only 1-4 night stays, paid for gas and food)
MUST PROVIDE RESUME VIA EMAIL
Qualifications
-high school diploma
-basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills
-drivers license, or means to get to work on time every day
-work motivated
-responsible
