Tickets are $111 Venmo @masha-rasha to secure you spot Hi my name is Masha Kouzmenko and I've been teaching meditation and helping people form long lasting, consistent practices for 5 years. Through my journey to find peace inside, I discovered meditation. I traveled to the origin, India, and studied in many Ashrams. However the biggest AH HA moment was when I completed the ten-day Vipassana meditation in Kelseyville, California. The recording below is a form of Vipassana meditation, allowing to feel the breathe and sensations in the body. Since deciding to dedicate myself to meditation in whole, I have been teaching meditations at first to my friends, family, and the local community. We've built a meditation temple in our backyard to host weekly meditations. I've taken the practice it to elementary schools, volunteered as a spiritual guide at hospitals, and finally I quit my corporate job and started teaching full-time and leading retreats. Now it is time broaden my audience, helping anyone who is ready and willing to do the work. Thanks to the internet we are now more connected than ever, join me on this journey.
