What is a Bootcamp Workout?
Bootcamp is an interval training class that mixes bodyweight exercise with cardio and strength! We work on cardio, strength, bodyweight exercises, lots of core and always new challenging exercises.
This workout class is for ALL levels, beginner, moderate and advance! Everyone is welcome to join our Outdoor Bootcamp Community!
