Our 90 minute seminar will introduce you to Krav Maga. You will see how to protect yourself and your family while getting in great shape. It may be hard to imagine being attacked but it happens in York county and the surrounding area everyday. These attacks occur without warning and when individuals least expect it. It is extremely important for everyone to be prepared for times like these and that is why we take the subject of self defense very seriously. 1:250 people are attacked daily across the nation. 1:350 people are attacked daily in York County! Better? yes. Good? NO! Come let our instructors show you how to defend yourself and your family. Our facility to family friendly, clean, secure and safe. This seminar is for woman only, aside from the instructor, no men are allowed to attend or watch. Learn how to identify potential attacks, avoid attacks and (if necessary) fight back and escape! Stay after the seminar to find out how you can join us for regular classes to practice what you learned as well as learn more! Space is limited, so be sure to register yourself and a friend.
