A leading construction consulting company is seeking part time construction professional to assist with loan monitoring for both their commercial and residential projects in and around the Bellingham area. This job opportunity offers a flexible schedule with the comfort of continuous on going work throughout the foreseeable future. This job opportunity will entail the following: - Verifying monthly billings provided by the contractor for each job. This will involve o Monthly site visits for each job contracted o Meeting with onsite representative to review billing, schedule, offsite material, etc. o Walking each job to verify billing is representative of construction completed o Completing report to be submitted to the loan company As stated above, this job is a part time opportunity and will be a perfect fit for a construction professional seeking part time work as well as for those construction professionals that are retired and looking to get back out in the field for a few times a week.
