We have created this event for you to sample some of the best beers Bottle Logic can offer. We will be pairing each of these beers with specially crafted food items for each individual beer sample. We will be closing the bar for this exclusive experience and we’ll be limiting it to 12 people in order to provide a safe environment. Beer List Lost Colony Imperial Porter brewed with pecans and walnuts, aged in (80%) rum and (20%) bourbon barrels with Madagascar vanilla beans, then finished with cacao nibs and toasted pecans. Reaction State Imperial Breakfast Stout aged in a combination of maple syrup and cinnamon whiskey barrels, then finished with Ecuadorian cacao nibs and Colombian Patroness coffee beans, a touch of Vietnamese cinnamon, lactose, and Madagascar vanilla beans Layers of Influence (collaboration with J Wakefield) Layers Of Influence is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Makowiec-Inspired Imperial Stout; a sweet "Florida style" super-pastry collaboration with our friends at J. Wakefield Brewing! With buckets of poppy seeds in the mash and poppy butter in the boil, we sought to mimic the traditional flavors of this Polish poppyseed pastry. After a year in bourbon barrels, we finished it off last week with sweet, sticky orange blossom honey. Prodigal Physics Prodigal Physics is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout built on the legendary vanilla base of Fundamental Observation 2020. ⁣ ⁣The berry compote-top note in this year's Madagascar vanilla bean harvest was the perfect springboard for this Neapolitan Ice Cream-inspired variant beer, so we added lactose to the brew for a silky, ice-creamy body and finished it all through a mountain of Ecuadorian cacao nibs and summer strawberries! ⁣ Leche Borracho Imperial Stout brewed with ancho peppers, cinnamon, cacao nibs, and lactose sugar aged in tequila and bourbon barrels. Food paring is being finalized. Also, we will be providing some light beers to cleanse your palate between each tasting.
