Aquavit is made using a similar process to gin, but rather than dominant juniper flavors - it's caraway. Høvding Aquavit also features flavors of coriander, star anise, fennel seed, orange peel, lemon peel, & licorice. A finish in used oloroso sherry barrels contributes more flavor dimension & balance. We love it in a Bloody Mary or in a Danish Martini with dry vermouth! LeNell's 1st liquor store in Brooklyn, New York was chosen as New York's Small Business of the Year and was Global Retailer of the Year by Whisky Magazine.
