Join us on Sunday during Christmastide for Mass, live and in person, at the Shrine! WE STILL HAVE SOME regrettable restrictions to observe, one of which limits us to one-fourth our usual capacity. For this reason, it is imperative that you register for one of the three Sunday Masses if you are planning to come, and bring your confirmation with you as it will be checked at the door. Make sure you register each member of your family that will be with you. It is also important that you are aware of the following guidelines: The obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation is still lifted. As a result, we will continue for now to broadcast Mass live on our YouTube channel. It will begin at 11:30 on Sunday mornings.The Archdiocese is requiring masks to be worn inside the church by anyone over the age of two years old . Anyone with a fever, a high temperature, or a cough should not come to Mass during this time. Ushers are required to show you to your pews in obedience to social distancing requirements. At each Mass, the priest will explain how the faithful are to come forward to receive Holy Communion. Please be mindful of their guidance when it's time for Holy Communion, as we will have to adopt some changes to our parish custom at this time.The Archdiocese is asking that the faithful and the priest do not linger to greet or mingle with each other or with other members of the faithful either before or after Mass in order to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. There will be no passing of a collection basket during Mass, but baskets will be in placed in the church and pointed out to you so that you may make your customary offerings to help us keep the Shrine going.We are overjoyed to be able to open our doors to you still and thank God for this opportunity to celebrate Sunday Mass with you! Christmas Midnight Mass and the Octave of ChristmasENROLL YOUR INTENTIONSEnroll your intentions for this Christmas! They will be placed in the gold box that will sit on the first gradine of the altar throughout the Christmas Octave. The priests at the Shrine will offer Mass daily for your enrolled intentions. We’ll also provide you with a card you can print out and use to let your loved ones know that you have remembered them in this specially-graced Christmas celebration.
