FRAMINGHAM, MA — A new slate of elected leaders will take office in Framingham on Jan. 1. The inauguration ceremony is mostly closed to the public due to high coronavirus cases, but residents can still watch the event live online. The Saturday ceremony will begin at noon at City Hall. Residents can tune in either on the city's Facebook page or the Framingham TV website.
