STAMFORD, CT — Plans to distribute about 17,000 IHealth at-home coronavirus test kits to Stamford residents Thursday are being revised due to a transit delay, according to city officials. In a post on the city's Facebook page Thursday morning, officials said a planned shipment of at-home COVID-19 tests and masks from the state had not arrived in Connecticut yet. "We will revise our distribution plan accordingly and will provide updates as we receive further information from the state about their arrival," the post reads. The postponement comes following Gov. Ned Lamont's announcement Wednesday evening that the state's anticipated shipment of COVID-19 at-home rapid tests were delayed on the west coast.
