Cleaning Person wanted for Hourly work in the Spartanburg area. Part time hours and Full time work. 1. Part time cleaning dates: Oct 1st to April 30th. ( 3 days a week) and Full time cleaning dates: May 1st to Sept 30th. ( 5 days a Week) Pay is bi-weekly, 1099 worker for this type of work. Background check required and must have reliable transportation to Job site. Pay will be discussed at Interview. All Material and Supplies are provided and this is for Labor only.
1. Job Details are apt cleaning to get ready for New tenants move in to Rent when they are vacant.
2. Building, Club house, Pool area when open cleaning to include, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Dusting, Mopping and Waxing when Needed my Management. Other Areas in building to be maintained clean.
3. Other Cleaning when requested by Management of Property. Call or text for details.
