NEW HAVEN - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 27, Tamara Benson, of New Haven, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Chapel Mini Mart in New Haven and won $10,000.
