FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A missing man was last seen in the City of Fredericksburg on Wednesday, police said. Now, authorities are asking for the public's help finding the man, who they identified as Bradley Dabney. Dabney was last seen in the 400 block of Central Road on Wednesday, police said.
